Consultation Fees Pre pump start appointment X1 hour = $150 Pump start appointment and all access pass to me post start = $300 Email communication post start - no charge Follow up appointment 2-3 weeks later X1 hour = $150 If you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) from your GP you can get a rebate from Medicare of $61.80
